At DA Luxe Events we use balloons that are 100% biodegradable latex. All of our balloon products are of the highest quality available on the market. We do not condone the release of balloons.
Yes! We try our very best to accommodate each client for every event. However, we cannot control the weather. We will always discuss with client if we need to make accommodations.
To book an event, every client must fill out our inquiry form. Once you have completed the form, we will reach out to you directly. Every client receives an electronic mock up design within 72 hours. Once customer approves mock up design, we will email contract and invoice. The contract must be signed and invoice deposit must be paid to secure the date.
The earlier you book an event the better! Due to high demand, we receive bookings up to six months out. We try our best to accommodate for every client. However, we do sometimes experience limited availability. Once you know your event date, we always recommend securing it!
Yes! We require a 50% deposit of your event cost in order to book after contract has been signed. Unfortunately we cannot reserve the date for anyone Until we receive both the signed contract and deposit? The remaining balance is due the week of your event.
At DA Luxe Events part of our service is set up and clean up. The client does not have to break down the balloon display. We will take care of all breakdown needs.
